This policy explains what information Ajmal Quran Institute collects when you contact us or book a class, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us through the free-trial form or WhatsApp: parent or student name, phone or WhatsApp number, email if provided, and country.
• Class details: the course you choose, preferred class times and time zone, and the student's age and level.
• Progress information: lessons covered, attendance and the weekly progress notes we send to parents.
• Website data: if we use analytics tools, they record anonymous information such as pages visited and device type.

Children's information

Most of our students are children. We ask a parent or guardian to make the booking and to provide any information about the child. We collect only what we need to teach the class and report progress. A parent may ask to see, correct or delete their child's information at any time.

How we use information

• To arrange your free trial and regular classes and match you with a teacher.
• To send class reminders, schedule changes and progress reports.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To improve our courses and website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Classes and recordings

Classes are held live on Zoom or Google Meet. We do not record classes. Parents may observe a live class at any time by request.

Who we share information with

Only with the people and services needed to run your classes: your assigned teacher, and the tools we use to communicate and hold lessons (such as WhatsApp, Zoom and Google Meet), each under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep information

We keep student information while classes continue and for a reasonable time afterward for records and support. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending messages, by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
