Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a free trial or enroll in classes with Ajmal Quran Institute. By booking, you agree to them.

Classes

• Classes are one-to-one and held live online on Zoom or Google Meet.
• Class length and number of classes per week depend on the plan shown on our pricing section.
• The student needs a device with a stable internet connection, microphone and camera.
• For students under 18, a parent or guardian makes the booking and is responsible for the account.

Free trial

The first trial class is free and does not commit you to a plan.

Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price agreed when you enroll.
• There are no hidden fees. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.

Scheduling, rescheduling and missed classes

• To reschedule a class, let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will arrange another time.
• If a student misses a class because of illness or an emergency and tells us at least 2 hours before it starts, we offer a free make-up class.
• You may pause your plan for up to 30 days per year.
• If a teacher must miss a class, we will reschedule it or provide a substitute teacher.

Changing teachers

If your child does not connect with their teacher, we will assign a new one at no extra cost.

Conduct

We expect respectful behavior from students, parents and teachers. We may end classes for repeated misconduct, with a refund for any unused prepaid classes.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell current students.
