Before asking for a refund

If the problem is the teacher or the class time, we can switch teachers or move your schedule at no cost. Many families find this solves the issue.

After the first 30 days

• You can cancel at any time; your plan stops at the end of the month already paid.
• You can also pause your plan for up to 30 days per year instead of cancelling.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp with the student's name and the parent's name. We confirm your request and send the refund through the same payment method you used.
